Naturopathic Medicine
Naturopathic medicine takes a holistic approach to health, focusing on identifying and addressing the root causes of symptoms while supporting the body’s natural ability to heal. Care is individualized and evidence-informed, combining thorough clinical assessments with lifestyle guidance, nutrition support, and natural therapies. Patients are seen as whole individuals, with physical, mental, and emotional health all considered when creating a treatment plan. Education and collaboration are central, empowering patients to make informed choices for lasting wellness.

Consultations
Initial Visit
Your first visit is a comprehensive assessment of your health, designed to understand the full picture — not just your symptoms. We’ll review your health history, current concerns, and personal wellness goals in detail. When appropriate, physical exams or diagnostic testing may be discussed or performed.
Based on this information, we’ll begin creating an individualized naturopathic care plan tailored to your needs. Recommendations may include nutrition and lifestyle guidance, targeted supplements, and other evidence-informed naturopathic therapies.
You’ll leave your appointment with a clear plan and practical next steps to support your health moving forward.
Follow-Up Visits
Follow-up visits are focused on building momentum and refining your care plan. During these appointments, we’ll review your progress, discuss any changes in symptoms, and assess how you’re responding to previous recommendations.
We may review lab results, adjust supplements or therapies, and provide ongoing nutrition and lifestyle guidance based on your evolving needs. These visits allow us to individualize your treatment over time and ensure your plan continues to align with your health goals.
Each follow-up visit provides clear guidance and next steps to help you continue moving forward with confidence and support.
